This Blog is my attempt to connect with random people that will give me feedback about my desire to become a good Chef, to cook delicious food, and to advertise Brazilian food, which I am most familiar cooking for my family and friends.

Brazilian food is rich in flavours, in colours, in ingredients, in diversity of the same ingredients... and I have been learning to respect each aspect of these ingredients. They have many ways to be used and, as Chef, I want to make sure that all the ingredients that I will use will be treated with respect, will be honoured and will result in a superb dish.

Savor The Flavor

This project rose from the need of Brazilian vegans of remembering the flavor of the typical Brazilian Cuisine. Coxinha, Feijoada, Feijão Tropeiro are some of the dishes that I adapted to the Vegan Cuisine. Evolve and improve each day is the promise to my clients.
